Although I’ve never been a ‘sporty’ person, I’ve always loved being active. In the last seven years I’ve stepped up my interest in health and fitness and the gym has become my passion. I have learnt how to train in a way that I love and with this came a better physique and a more confident me - and I’m here to help you do the same!
