As a former asthma sufferer, I can appreciate the benefits of exercise in my life. in order to pursue my own fitness aspirations alongside working and being a parent, I completely understand how tough it can be to find a balance. I realise the importance of a goal-orientated and regular training.
My own fitness journey has had it's highs and lows, most recently having undergone 2 surgeries through the pandemic and in-between lock downs.
But being able to run and play , while watching my kids grow is what drives me to be a better, fitter version of myself everyday!
