I want to help people achieve their goals.

As a PT I will do a lot of training based on

Calisthenics, High Intensity Cardio and Stretching.

What is  calisthenics?

Is a form of strength training consisting a variety of

movements that exercise large muscles. They are

meant to increase strength, fitness and flexibility

through movements such as pulling, pushing,

bending, jumping or swinging, using body weight for

endurance.

Progression as (HANDSTAND,SPLIT, PULL UP,CHIN UP,

MUSCLE UP, FRONT LEVER, BACK LEVER, FLAG..)and

many more awesome exercises you can learn with

me.

I really think that you will enjoy working with your

own body and feel the difference in very short time.
