I have a good level of experience getting results for my clients, so have high expectations for my clients. Mainly because I really do believe everyone is capable of greatness.
I have competed at a high level in Muay Thai and football and use a combination of different training styles for my clients training routines to add versatility and help them become more athletic. Learning new skills and exploring what the body can do.
