Here's a bit about me: I am Primary School Teacher turned Personal Trainer - My love of fitness and training started at 16 years old but was inconsistent until my second year of university, when I realised that my exercise and nutrition habits were having a negative impact on my well-being. I have been both overweight and underweight, and learning about proper training techniques and nutrition has helped me physically, emotionally, and mentally. 

Like many, I experienced issues with my mental health. Training has always been a release for me, and I would love to share that experience with others. The best part of both of my jobs is seeing people grow in confidence in whatever they do. My aim is to help my clients develop a strong sense of self-belief, better understanding of techniques, and nutritional knowledge. I want to help you develop a positive relationship with healthy living, so that you can relieve stress and grow in self-love. 

As your personal trainer, I will support you through your journey, both inside and outside of the gym. You will receive both a personalised exercise plan, as well as nutritional advice so that we can help you reach your fitness goals. In addition, I am qualified to help change certain behaviours in your life, whether it is having a negative impact on your training or nutrition. I have also recently completed a Corrective Exercise Specialism, this is vital to fix and create tailored plans to help prevent injury.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, increase strength or become fitter, we will achieve it together.
