Exercise has never been solely about how much weight you could lift for single rep, the purpose of exercise transcends vanity and athletic ability. Simply put we exercise to be able to stand, sit, run, climb, walk and to move comfortably today or 50 years from today.
As a personal trainer my first priority is your goal, my second priority becomes helping you understand and progress your goals and after that the rest is just fun.
