Hello, hello, my name is Tasha, and I am here to help you construct a sustainable, fun and realistic training plan whilst providing you with my knowledge and support along your journey. In our social media-obsessed society, there are so many unrealistic and distorted versions of reality displayed on our feeds constantly. I want to debunk those myths and help you gain a wider understanding of sustainable and balanced training and goal setting and help you fall in love with the process.

Since I could walk, I’ve been involved in sports, from dancing, swimming, cricket, and tennis, to be a competitive figure skater for over 10 years. I can say that health and fitness has been a key foundation in my life. I discovered weight training back in 2017 and have never looked back – it has done wonders for my mental health and given me so much confidence within and out with the gym environment.

I want to help you get STRONG!! I think the feeling of being strong is one of the most rewarding feelings and NO, lifting weights is not going to make you ‘BULKY’. I am here to help you with your training needs whether it is strength-based, to alter body composition, functional fitness, or overall confidence.

I am here to help, whether you have been training for years and need that extra bit of guidance, support and accountability or are completely brand new to the gym. You’re not meant to know what you’re doing right now, that’s the point and that’s where I come in. I want to be your cheerleader, celebrating all of your small victories as these all add up to big results.
