I first gained an interest in fitness and nutrition at the age of 18, through the completion of my Level 3 BTEC in Sport, this interest quickly developed into a passion. Since then, I have been dedicated to learning new training techniques and implementing a variety of nutrition into my diet – to gain muscle mass and lose fat in the most efficient way possible.
