Sophie Scott

I am a qualified Level 3 PT and Running Coach, I first started getting into fitness around 15 when I decided I wanted to work on my strength and it has been a passion of mine since. I started running in 2013 and almost gave up straight away when I couldn't even run a 5k, a friend persuaded me to keep going with it and I am now training for my second marathon. 

My ambition is to use my passion for running, strength and conditioning, pole fitness, and overall fitness to inspire and help others to change their lifestyle physically, nutritionally, and also mentally. The journey my clients and I will go on together will help to boost their fitness levels while increasing awareness of their health and well-being which I believe is an important part of having a balanced healthy lifestyle.
