As a BSc dance science student, I am involved in research for fitness training efficiency and constantly leaning the best new strategies in the industry.
My training background is in dance and martial arts so functional fitness (mobility, coordination, motor control and body composition) is a fundamental base for me. I also study motor skills, nutrition, anatomy, and physiology at university so have a wealth of knowledge to share and make your journey easier.
I want to work with you to achieve your goals in a comfortable environment while pushing you to improve.
