I have recently qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer but separately I have 6 years of extensive gym and fitness experience. I also have an in depth understanding of nutrition and how it can really help you achieve the results that you desire.
I am passionate about helping others become confident in themselves and the body they are in as I believe inner confidence is just as important as outer confidence as I have been through the trials and tribulations that you can face on your own personal fitness journey.
