Having been through my own personal weight loss transformation and fitness journey, I decided to follow this passion and become a qualified personal trainer.
I used to be the person you wouldn’t catch anywhere near a gym, let alone doing a workout but my mindset changed, and I knew I wanted to lose weight, not for anyone but myself!
Over the course of two years, I managed to lose 120 lbs. Changed doesn’t happen overnight but it's the positive steps you put in place to achieve your goals.
Fitness isn’t just about physical changes, it’s the benefits it can have on your mental health are endless. Happiness, confidence and self-love for you and your body come from incorporating healthy habits, keeping active and never restricting yourself from the things your love.
My goal is to support you and do everything in order for you to succeed, overcome barriers and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle. The gym should be there to help anyone no matter your shape or size and my aim is for you to enjoy exercise that fits into your lifestyle and turn your goals into lifelong results.
