Rory Morgan
For as long as I can remember I have been athletic, participating in a wide range of sporting activities at any opportunity.
I discovered Rugby in secondary school where I developed a serious passion and commitment to it.
This lead to an introduction to the gym leading to strength and conditioning training.
I was confident in my body and in good shape.
But life (as it does) took a turn for the worse in my late teens & after a series of events out of my control that affected my well-being & confidence I neglected my physical health, no longer being as active as I had always been and inevitably this lead to depression and anxiety.
Gaining weight resulted in a low self esteem and whilst it wasn’t a great time in my life it was a valuable learning curve.
Insights into what it feels to be on both sides of the fence and with it the skill of being able to relate to others on another level.
The whole experience has instilled a great passion within to utilise the lessons life has given me.
My commitment to health and wellbeing has grown in the past five years as I have overcome habits that don’t serve my life.
I’ve seen a dramatic change in my mindset, motivation and purpose. Realising how daily exercise, good habits (sleep, mindfulness and nutrition) play a key role in a positive mindset.
Now that I am living this way & mastering the techniques on a personal level I feel the next step is to support others on theirs, guiding them to their fullest potential.
In my experience I know it’s possible to break unhealthy habits, redesign your life and discover your inner power, focus & happiness.
My aim is to assist others in doing the same for themselves.
