I’ve had about 10 years in the fitness industry and 10 years keeping fit prior to that. I served in the military but don’t worry, I am not a drill sergeant. As a child I was chubby. I always got picked last for teams in P.E./Sports and I was fed up of having no confidence and feeling like an inadequate human. Whenever I went swimming, I would keep my T-shirt on. I promised myself at the young age of 14 I would join a gym and get fit when I became a man, so I did and with all the knowledge I gained I decided to become a Personal Trainer. Now I love helping people get on and stay on that path of health and fitness. I will share all the knowledge I have gained and be with you for as long as you need me. I just love seeing people feel great about themselves.
