Hey everyone, My name is Rhys A.K.A. Mr TTG (Train Those Gains) & I am relatively new
to the world of Personal Training, however that doesn’t mean I don’t have anything to offer
you, after all I did earn the title of ‘Personal Trainer’ for a reason.
When I was 15 years old I was wearing XL t-shirts, which isn’t good when you are only 5ft 5
inches! Unfortunately I remain the same height but I fit into a Medium t-shirt at least. I started
going to the gym later on at 15, only occasionally though as I had to train with my dad at the
time (who didn’t have a clue about fitness).
When I turned 16 I started going to the gym regularly as I was allowed to train alone, but
because I was young & keen I injured myself a lot! Due to suffering from depression, anxiety
& having Asperger's Syndrome I had bad panic attacks even being outside by myself as a
teenager & now I am a Personal Trainer! So if I can do that, what’s stopping you?
I wish I knew about Personal Training when I started out, it would have saved me a lot of problems,
Anyway this is about you now everyone has to start somewhere so why not start now?
