I work with women who want to feel healthier and happier in their bodies – whether that’s by losing weight, or getting stronger and building lean muscle.

I use a sustainable approach, without restrictive dieting and extreme workouts, in favour of educating you about nutrition and teaching you how to perform exercises safely and effectively so you can feel confident that you know what you’re doing.

My aim is to make our sessions enjoyable, and for you feel energised and motivated when you come into the gym, while challenging you to make progress in some way every week.

If you’re new to the gym, or just getting back into it after a break, and wanting someone to push you to create results that you can be proud of, I’m here to guide and support you.
