I’ve always been interested in sports and fitness. As a child I tried many sports with varying levels of success! That led to me completing my degree in Sports Science. Specialising in body recomposition, particularly for parents and shift workers - (I’m both!) - so fully I understand the pressures on health, fitness and nutrition whilst trying to maintain that particular lifestyle.

My goal for you is to educate and support into long term, sustainable behaviours that will give you the visible, physical results you desire.
