My own Personal Transformation, weight loss and strength gains. From a fitness background, I then fell in love with lifting weights.

Gaining strength and exploring strength sports. I have competed in many sports including Strongwomen.

I love to help people enjoy their training, see improvements and achieve what they never thought they could - especially new lifters.

I am a fully qualified insured Personal Trainer & Nutritional Adviser. I have 15 years working in various fitness facilities including 3 years running my own strength and fitness facility. I have been a nutritional advisor since 2007 and offer 1-2-1 and online sessions, bootcamps, strongman/strongwoman coaching, fitness testing, weight loss, muscle gain, improved way of life. All ages and abilities welcome - I work with a variety of clients with individual needs with a main emphasis of strength and fitness!
