First off, I very much appreciate that you are reading my little flier and that you are considering my services. I promise you that I will do my very best to listen and work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be!

I have earned my skill set through certification and on-going education with the American Council on Exercise (yes, my apologies, I am American). ACE, and a lot of independent research on my part, has helped me become a great partner to my clients. I believe listening is key here!

We need to start with your goals and needs in order to build the plan that is most likely to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Whether that is packing on some muscle, keeping up with the kids, getting rid of that achy back and shoulders, or just feeling more comfortable in the gym.

I am sure I can equip you with the tools you need to be a more fit and healthy person, whatever that means to you. My life’s goal is to help my fellows live happier and more comfortable lives, and it is a privilege to help my clients do that in any way I can.
