I’m Mhari and I had been training myself for a year and not knowing where to start or what to do! I decided to take the next step and get myself a Personal Trainer! Doing this helped me understand the fundamentals of a healthy balanced lifestyle! Learn to lift weights properly and have an effective structure to my training. I was LOVING it! I had never felt so good about myself…

Then lockdown hit, and it made me realise just how much I enjoyed fitness and working out in the gym. This made me realise my passion.. to become a Personal Trainer and help others become the best version of themselves!
