My ethos is that there is no such thing as a wrong question to ask about your health needs. I use my specialist areas to look at lifestyle, movement and fun routines for your gym membership. I believe in your journey to improve your mental fitness and gain confidence in your well-being.
My training approach is functional and strength fitness using plyometrics. In yoga, I like to align the mind and body to reduce stress and bring unity of self. My sporting interests are to work with those who want to improve tennis fitness.
