Hi. My name is Matt, and I am a PT here at PureGym.
I have always had a passion for sport, fitness and nutrition, and grew up playing football and boxing.
Although fitness has always been an interest of mine, I know first hand how hard maintaining any level of consistency can be - especially when trying to maintain a good work/life balance.
I also understand how confusing and overwhelming everything can seem when there is so much misinformation surrounding fitness/nutrition.
My goal is to help people from all walks of life find fun and sustainable ways of incorporating fitness in to their lives.
