My ethos involves a holistic approach to personal training, guided by my 3 years experience as a Yoga instructor.
Under my direction, your fitness, overall health + mental well being will improve. I will transform your journey beyond the gym by offering a variety of mindfulness, breathing + stress relief tools, flexibility and posture correction techniques, nutritional guidance, support and FUN to ensure you stay on top of your goals.
I strongly believe EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT - a one size approach does not fit all - as learnt through training different abilities, ages, body compositions, genders and needs. By partnering as a team, you will receive a bespoke plan that educates, motivates and challenges you to keep progressing.
