Malcolm Collins

Being a personal trainer for over 10 years I have worked with over 100 clients. Helping them reach a vast array of goals from weight loss, body transformation and sports specific competition goals. My passion for learning and helping other supersedes my own goals. However, I understand the importance of managing my own health as I continuously battle a stomach condition which is best managed with exercise and good nutrition. My most humbling moment was when I was wrote into one of my clients wedding speeches and told how I added another 10 years to his life through my coaching.
