As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I always want to develop so, I also with intent soon to go to university to become a qualified Sports & exercise Therapist.
As fitness has always been a big part of my life due to my 23 years in the Armed forces, where I was challenged with different range of physical activities, so this has given me a vast range knowledge of fitness indoors & outdoors.
My aim is to encourage and motivate those that lack confidence in the gym. Trying to make your experience more enjoyable whilst adding challenges, pushing you out of your comfort zone. I’m an approachable, fun-loving full of energy person, always smiling.
In my own spare time, I do enjoy taking part in obstacle style runs, which I like to encourage others to take part in with me. Pushing you out of your comfort zone and boundaries. Whilst also meeting other like minded people in my community.
The areas which I specialize in is HiiT training, cardiovascular improvement. Specializing in running and cycling, military style circuits, and muscle development.
