Hey hey! I'm Lauren – a MyProtein Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
I've been that shy girl who’s scared of looking silly in the gym and has no clue about lifting weights, so I can relate to feeling overwhelmed on your fitness journey. Weightlifting is the best thing I have ever done for myself, and I want to show you how it can change your life too!
I work with females to help them get into their best shape, get strong and achieve huge performance milestones, all whilst eating the foods they love and becoming educated on the fundamentals of health and fitness so they can live healthier, happier, and more sustainable lives.
