After many years struggling with body confidence and negative self-image, due largely to an unhealthy lifestyle and poor choices, I started a personal journey into improving not only my physical but psychological wellbeing.

My approach is holistic: over the years, I have left no stone unturned in passionately training my mind and body. This approach has resulted in a set of guiding principles that I now employ to help nurture others on their journey towards their goals, namely:

1. Mental wellness, mindfulness and self-actualisation
2. Physical strength, mobility and performance
3. Education and accountability

When we are truly ready to make positive changes, to commit to ourselves, our mentor and our goals, the synergy between these principles create impressive, sustainable results.
