Hey guys I'm Josh,
I have competed and took part in sports and exercise my hole life and I believe that exercise should be enjoyable and effective.
Together we can ensure to hit all the goals you want whilst enjoying doing it, leading to a sustainable change. Most my tie is spent throwing medicine balls or flipping exercise tyers, but if I wanted to switch up my training I can and still reach my goals. There is no fixed way you must do it, it's up to you.
It's important to remember this isn't going to be an overnight solution it will take hard work and dedication, but it can lead you being happier more confident and healthier. Together we can create a perfect program for you.
