Becoming stronger, fitter and more confident requires persistence, consistency and trusting the process. I made the decision to leave my job in the financial sector to help people get results and have fun as part of that. I want to help you make lasting positive change and allow you to do what you love doing, pain-free and for as long as possible, whether it be playing sport, hiking, dancing or even just a daily walk. We will work hard, but it will be enjoyable, with good patter and tailored, attainable goals.
I am passionate about health and fitness. I have played semi-professional rugby and enjoy cycling, sprinting, playing football, cricket, league and union. However it has not always been plain sailing, having personally rehabilitated from 3 hip operations and had 12 injuries - I can empathise and understand every part of the rehabilitation process plus the travails of getting back into exercise.
Whether your goal is to become stronger, drop body fat percentage, become more confident or increase lean muscle mass, we can work together on a personalised program with nutritional advice. I have an array of experience including guiding two people through knee rehabilitation, preparing someone for Special Forces Selection, helping professionals in medicine and finance to lead a healthier lifestyle, working with a sprinter, helping a 60 year old complete her first marathon and improving body confidence for someone just wanting to walk to work without pain.
