It's never too late to get started on your fitness journey no matter how unfit you might feel and your path in life has taken you. Personally I never entered a gym until the age of 33 and started off as a skinny guy with no confidence and found the gym very intimidating, so I know first hand how this feels and also, how the fear can quickly be conquered especially with help from a personal trainer.
The very first thing we aim to achieve is helping you enter the gym with confidence . I will educate you so when you are attending the gym alone you do not feel completely lost with no direction.
I specialize in helping to gain lean muscle mass. I will help you achieve weight loss, gaining strength, mobility, flexibility, Stamina, or just general all round fitness.
