3 years ago I stopped personal training as well as my own training and stopped caring about what I ate. Before my weight gain I was very active, being a performing independent professional wrestler, which I had to give up due to a rare bone condition, which is what led to the decline in my own health and fitness.

When Covid hit I used my time to work in mental health, whilst very rewarding I found myself missing working in the fitness industry and letting my physical state slip to a point I could tell it was not good for my health and had to change. So with 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, over 16 years in the fitness industry including Thai boxing and pro wrestling, it was time to "PT" myself.

Here I am 15kg (33lbs) of body fat lighter and still going!
