Hey! I’m Jas - a Personal Trainer and certified Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS). Come train with me if you are looking to build strength, lose fat and tone up.
As a WFS my clients learn how to work with their body and hormones, insead of against it. From programming around their menstrual cycle/ hormonal contraception, to adapting nutrition and exercise through menopause.
I’m here to help you build on technique, strengthen your habits and find a love for moving your body in the gym. I offer nutritional coaching to all of my clients to help build healthy habits, know how to eat to hit your goals, and further support from Emma my affiliated HCPC registered Dietitian.
