I genuinely believe in the power of health and fitness to change anyone’s life for the better.
My fitness journey began rooted in sport. I’ve played amateur level tennis, university level basketball and I am a 2nd Dan black belt in karate. Despite this, around 10 years ago I stepped foot in to a gym for the first time and I suffered with ‘gymtimidation’. I did not know where to start and I was worried about appearing like I didn’t know what I was doing.
With time and help from various trainers I eventually figured out what I was doing. My passion now is to help others who go through this same experience and support you in smashing your targets. You are not alone, and the gym is a place for everyone! I’m a believer in the power of consistency but also the ability to enjoy yourself in the gym on a day to day basis. Fitness should not be a chore, but an amazing personal journey towards building the best version of you.
