My athletic background is in Canoe Sprint and my fitness journey started in 2015. I have experienced and know what it means to train and diet on a whole other level. I stopped competing, but my passion for fitness has just grown in a DIFFERENT way. Balance is key in having a healthy relationship with food and exercise. It does require dedication and consistency like everything else in life. I want to help you to be confident and teach you how to create the right mindset and habits that you can actually stick to for the rest of your life.
