Prior to starting my Personal Training career, I spent 5 years as a professional dancer and entertainer. As such, my personal exercise and nutritional habits, have always been geared towards maximum benefit in terms of energy and fitness for everyday life and challenges.
My dance training and career has helped me gain a proficient understanding in areas such as: developmental flexibility, muscle tone and development, strength and conditioning, weight loss, persistent motivation, body confidence etc.
I understand the everyday pressures of wanting to be a certain body type or shape, and the difficulties we all encounter in order to get there. I believe a holistic approach to fitness encourages a more robust mindful approach to life.
