I’m a L3 personal trainer and qualified yoga instructor. I am passionate about strength training and on a mission to get as many people training with a barbell as possible. I believe you’re stronger than what you give yourself credit for and I’m here to help you realize your full potential. Flexibility is a real compliment to the strength practice as well as helping you move pain free in your day-to-day life. I have been working in the fitness industry for four and a half years and continue to develop myself professionally and personally. I hold a variety of qualifications including a pre & post-natal certification as well as pursuing powerlifting competitively.
