Hi , my name is Gloria.
Fitness has been part of my life from competing in school to becoming a qualified personal trainer for over 10 years. I’ve gain more knowledge in the industry by going into working with children, people with special needs and adapting exercises to an individual‘s strength. Most importantly I’m a mother of 3 and have a good understanding on the body , how amazing it is and can be transformed. Whether you’re aim is to lose weight, strengthen or shape your body I have the knowledge and can tailor exercises for you to reach your goal.
My aim is to improve your flexibility in order for you to gain strength and stamina which will help you gain muscle which will improve your overall well-being.My goal in every session it for you to leave better than when you came.
