In my 7 years in the industry, I have totalled up more than 6000 hours of coaching experience. Whether completely new to training, to competitive level athletes, seeing my clients improve whilst enjoying the process brings me so much pride.
Strength and conditioning has always been at the centre of my coaching and own training. From football and martial arts through my childhood and teens, to more recently competitive strength sports such as power-lifting and strongman, I have combined my own experiences and my knowledge gained as a coach to develop a style of training that can help you to take your fitness journey to the next level.
