I'm a dancer, a martial artist and Personal trainer.

Having trained in a number of different arts and fitness styles, I'm adaptable to your needs. If you want to keep your metabolism up, burn persistent fat, tone up your body or gain muscle, I'm your girl.

I'm also a certified nutritionist so i will blend your exercise routine with bespoke dietary and nutrition advice, helping you see the results of your investment in your fitness.

Finally, I'm a firm believer in the impact exercise has on your mental health and wellbeing. I'm here to take you on your fitness journey and make you both physically and mentally happier.
