Fitness has changed my life in ways I could never have imagined.
I live by two principles: Never give up and never give in. My goal is to change people's lives and help them experience the many benefits of living an active balanced lifestyle.
My dedication and drive come from being in constant competition with myself. I do not strive for perfection as I believe there is no such thing. Instead, I strive to be better and perform better than I did yesterday. Because of this, I am constantly updating my knowledge in training and nutrition that are not just stored but have been applied and tested over the years. As such I have a vast knowledge of a variety of exercises, nutrition, adaptations when injured and how to prevent and help injuries with proper technique, mobility and flexibility maintenance.
I am also a physique competitor and try and apply the same discipline with all my clients.
