I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and experienced coach. Sessions with me will be fun, patient and productive. I love working out and helping fellow gym-goers. I'm very open-minded with a positive attitude towards life and project that into training others.
I have experience in various disciplines, including 20+ years building my body and 8+ years building others. I will give anything a go and love new challenges. I believe if you want something that badly then it's yours to keep. I specialise in mental aptitude, fitness, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation. I have trained all sorts of people ranging from general gym goers to athletes.
