Being in the fitness industry for 15 years and personal training for over 8 years has enabled me to gain knowledge and put this to practice. I made many mistakes when I started lifting I have learnt from this and found new ways to push my body to new levels. All my clients have had endless results that just keep on coming. I like to find new exercises that push my clients out of their comfort zone where they haven’t been before, what they have never felt before creating a new stimulus to their body goals.
