Hi, I’m Daria
Sports and fitness have always been a part of my life since I was young. It started with basketball and athletics, but once I finished school and most opportunities were gone. I found myself gaining weight, with no knowledge of what to do and how to change that around. That’s when I joined the gym for the first time, not knowing what to do, where to start or even how to use the equipment.
I fell in love with the environment, I've learned a lot and gained confidence. That’s when I realized I want to help people like me because I know how difficult it can be.
I work exclusively with women between 18-40, so if you have experienced a similar journey to myself and feel like you need support and guidance with your fitness journey, whether it is fat loss, muscle gain or even confidence, I’m the person you are looking for.
I will do my best to help you achieve your goals, aim further and work harder.
