Since starting my fitness journey over four years ago my passion has always been to help others improve their fitness and quality of life through functional fitness.
To me fitness isn't just about weight loss, your body is yours for life, so it needs to be looked after right! This is where functional fitness comes in, using a variety of elements and techniques that mimic everyday tasks you can develop both strength and confidence.
Alongside my passion for function fitness, I also love to encourage others to lift weights and try new techniques.
