Having been in the fitness industry for several years, I understand the struggles we all go through trying to achieve our goals. A lot of things can get in the way: anxiety being a huge one, along with not having the confidence to train upstairs in front of lots of people. Also, not having the knowledge about what exercises we should be doing and how to perform them correctly.
