Hi, my name’s Ben and I’m qualified as a Personal Trainer after studying a degree in Sports Science and Human Biology.
I have a real, genuine passion for training, nutrition and all things exercise, but I also have a firm belief that life is for living, not feeling like you’re constantly having to cut out all your favourite foods or dragging yourself to the gym when you simply don’t enjoy it.
The service you can expect from me and who it’s for?
The commitment from my side of the deal is 100% based around the individual. Often, I see exercise and nutrition programmes that are too difficult to stick to or are just simply too restrictive for the individual, which is why I focus on tailoring fitness programmes to the client’s specific goals and aspirations.
I work (but not exclusively) with people that are new to the gym scene, who have little confidence in getting started with a structured exercise routine and lack the required knowledge to enhance their health and fitness.
My aim, as a PT, is to inspire maximum effort and not complete perfection, but most importantly to make sure that you enjoy exercise and leave our sessions feeling like you’re on the right track to achieving your goals!
