Hi, I'm Adam.
Since joining Pure Gym in 2016, I have taken extreme pride and enjoyment in supporting clients to achieve their goals.
Whilst fitness and training has been a huge factor in my life over the last ten years, I've been able to recognize that it is not always a top priority in everyone's schedule. However, with correct knowledge and balance, we can make valuable changes to your lifestyle without having to cut foods and drinks that you enjoy.
I tend to work with both male and female clients of all ages that are looking to improve their body composition, lose weight and build confidence in the gym environment.
My aim is to make you become more self-aware of your choices and reinforce good eating habits. Along-side coaching you through various compound movements that are designed to improve your strength, balance and performance.
As well as Personal Training Packages, I also offer 30-minutes boxing sessions as a separate service; which are ideal for beginners or intermediates that are looking to burn fat, improve general fitness or just learn a new skill.
