I've always had a passion for fitness. This obsession lead me starting out in combat sports, which then i  lifted my first weight and never looked back to a normal lifestyle.

Powerlifting, Body building, HIIT Training and sports in general runs through my veins.

I've always been captivated with how certain implementations can change ones body's physical attributes, performance and mindset.

Being in the fitness industry for 7 years my aim here is to impact as many lives as i can, to train them the right way so they can benefit, stay dedicated, disciplined and consistent. In order reach their max potential.

Striving to learn more everyday as your PT, solely focusing on facts is the reason why you will get continual results  and progress. If you're an individual that is not happy with the way you look/feel , It's time for a change, Now you will find that your fitness journey will be like no other.
